Shipping Policies

For your protection, Janering always:
 · Insures and registers all items for their full value.
 · Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. 

Janering is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Janering within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Janering.
